Our Scout Troop has been chartered since 1930. Over that time we have had the blessing of wonderful leadership. That rich history continues today.

Born and raised in Parkersburg, now living in Vienna. John’s wife is Stephanie Shepard our Troop’s religious Emblem Co-ordination and a teacher at Jackson School.
